Dusty Smith is a visionary.

I asked Dusty if she thought I would need to do anything major to sell my home in years to come. I was sure there was little to do but I wanted her opinion. She made me realize not only did I have things to do, but I shouldn’t wait until I was ready to sell the house, I should enjoy them myself for a few years. I had 20 year old wall paper and window treatments  in all the rooms for example and she suggested I have them removed and the walls painted. She said “why shouldn’t you do it now and enjoy living in your spruced up house for how ever long you live there.”  I realized although I hadn’t intended to spend money on the house, she was right about both needing to do what she suggested and doing it then. She recommended an outstanding interior designer/decorator to help and I was amazed at how happy I was with the changes.
